Description We are looking for a diligent Financial Analyst - Entry to mid Level in Mamaroneck, New York. This role involves handling various financial operations related to escrow accounts, invoices, and bill payments. You will be expected to utilize your skills in finance, billing, and communication to successfully perform your duties. Responsibilities: Bringing escrow and outstanding invoices up to date Managing escrow bill processing for multiple boards Setting up and tracking escrow accounts in Municity Ensuring timely bill payments Processing escrow fees into KVS Inputting land use board application fees into KVS and Municity Handling SWPPP escrow, sign bonds, and bill Utilizing Excel formulas to perform financial calculations and data analysis Communicating effectively with team members and clients to resolve finance-related inquiries.Requirements Possess a degree in Finance or a related field Proficiency in billing processes and procedures Strong skills in Excel formulas and data analysis Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to interpret and analyze financial data Basic understanding of financial markets and investment strategies Familiarity with financial software and systems Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.
