Part time prep cook needed every Friday and Sunday (possibly Thursday for inventory).
Daytime shifts.
Must have VERY proficient knife skills.
Must be a fast worker.
Must be able to follow written instructions from a prep list.
Must have knowledge of all produce.
Must be comfortable in a professional kitchen.
Must be familiar with standard kitchen equipment.
Must understand basic cooking techniques.
Must be able to do inventory and check in orders.
Ability to grow within the company.
