Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Our client, a leading global funds manager, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (flex to be accessible on email after hours) and this role is in the office five days a week.Responsibilities:Manage a busy calendar for a senior leaderBook international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, and car servicesAssist with events and facilitate communication with clientsOrganize team activities and eventsStrategically partner with executives and stay ahead of various prioritiesPlan company offsites abroadQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of administrative experienceFamiliar with managing calendars and booking travelProactive and team oriented professional with an entrepreneurial spiritCompensation/Benefits:Up to $90-105K base depending on experience + bonus20 annual leave days per year (can carry over 5 unused days into the next year, to be used by 30 June of that year)100% company covered private health insurance (medical, vision, and dental) for employee and family401k with company contribution (5%, whether employee contributes or not)Executive health assessments and Employee assistance program (EAP)Headspace access (mental health benefit)1 day Diversity Leave each year (for employees to have a paid day off of their choice that is significant to them personally culturally, religiously, or socially)LinkedIn LearningYearly trip for employees Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
