150-175k base with bonus

Well known NYC prestigious client of ours is looking for a Highly Capable executive assistant to work closely with the CEO. Must have experience in a fast paced, pressure environment to ensure you are accustomed to the demands and expectations of a busy CEO. The ideal candidate must be city savvy, have a high level of discretion and professionalism. This firm has a collaborative, team- oriented approach, as they will need to work closely with other high level staff members. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on tasks varying in scope a plus! Wonderful opportunity with exposure to the business.

Requirements:

College degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities:

Extensive calendar management experience, including coordinating meetings with C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Expertise in complex travel planning and logistics, including arranging international trips, handling airline and hotel preferences, creating detailed itineraries, and managing all related materials and resources needed for meetings and events.

Proficiency in expense tracking and management, particularly related to work-related travel expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate potential challenges or issues related to travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of plans.

Familiarity with various online booking tools, travel management systems, and corporate travel policies and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external clients, and vendors throughout the travel planning process.

Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected changes or disruptions to travel plans, such as flight cancellations, delays, or other logistical issues, with minimal impact on the executive's schedule.

Knowledge of visa requirements, travel advisories, and other regulations related to international travel, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions across borders.
