- Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing insightful guidance and detailed information about each property.
- Negotiate lease agreements, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients to secure optimal rental terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NYC's luxury rental market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Collaborate closely with landlords, property owners, and other real estate professionals to source new listings and market properties effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales or rentals, preferably in the New York City market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with affluent clientele.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation:
