We are an established skilled craftsmen cabinet installation group looking for detail oriented helpers and experienced lead cabinet installers to add to our growing team in the Charlotte high end home market. The ideal candidate should be a problem solving team player that is self managed and driven to provide excellence in there craft while working well with other trades and site supervisors. We provide all fasteners, supplies and expendables needed for the position. A full set of finish carpentry tools are required. Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp installation details and requirements.
- Provide full set of carpentry tools.
- Install custom cabinetry according to plans, written and verbal instructions.
- Provide solutions to conflicting installation details.
Skills:
- Attention to detail and understanding of carpentry techniques, methods of installation and construction.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new installation methods and techniques.
- Proficient in using electric and hand powered carpentry tools.
