Positions Available: Cleaner/Handyman, Runner (inspections, pick up and drop offs, light handyman work etc.), General contractor (Renovation and Repair Projects), Plumber
Job Descriptions:
General Contractor: Are you a skilled general contractor with a passion for delivering high-quality construction projects? We're seeking a reliable and experienced contractor. Prior Experience is required.
Runner: Pick up and drop off items and very small repairshang mini blinds, inspect properties prior to move in, deliver missing items, etc. Prior Experience is not necessary
Cleaner/Handyman: Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Handle basic handyman repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, painting, and light carpentry work.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and craftsmanship in all tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning and/or handyman services preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
