We are a privately owned and operated Internal Medicine office looking to add on to our team. The hours are Mon - Friday 8-5 with holidays off. We have sick and vacation pay and insurance after 90 days, as well as 401K after one year. Must be reliable, have computer skills, and be a team player. Pay is negotiable and based on experience. We are a practice with one male MD and soon to be one female NP. Everyone in our office works well together and individually to complete tasks for our patients. Our patient's health and happiness are our first and foremost responsibility.
Responsibilities include answering phones and checking messages on the MA phone, Triage and rooming patients, administer IM injections, EKG, test specimens, Request prescription refills from providers, obtain prior authorization for Rx, radiology and specialty services, Process referrals, Assist with Pap smears, comfortable using a computer, and informing patients of test results.
