Immediate Need: Machine Tenders for Plastics Manufacturer
Job Title: Machine Tender (1st and 2nd Shift)
Location: Cary, NC
Pay Rate: $13/hour
Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire position
Shifts Available:
1st Shift (6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday)
2nd Shift (4:45 pm to 3:15 am, Monday to Thursday)
Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee machinery to ensure smooth operation and production efficiency.
Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities and report them promptly to maintenance or supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Package products according to specifications after they have cooled.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Must be reliable and punctual.
