125000-155000 per year Depends on Experience | Posted 09-May-2024 (MST) | Dickinson, ND, USA | Salary | Full Time A Workover Rig Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of their assigned rig including managing staff and work schedules efficiently and maintaining productivity standards while working closely with customers ensuring services are being safely provided . Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Plans delivery of service including review of equipment, supplies, and customer specification in preparation for scheduled jobs.
Supervises daily field operations for workover crew team(s) and ensures quality delivery to meet customer demands
Manages & ensures workover crews performance to meet customer demands
Weighs in on hiring, firing, evaluation, and discipline of workover crew members
Ensures quality customer relationships on location
Manages the performance of the workover crew in the various duties of the rig operation
Attends and participates in safety meetings
Understands and makes discretionary decisions to ensure compliance with company, customer, and health/safety policies, and any other regulations that are required.
Reports any and all incidents immediately.
Able to work in all weather conditions
Performs other duties as directed by management.

Licenses & Certifications
Valid Driver's License
Class A or B CDL preferred
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
5-10 years of previous workover experience preferred
Previous oilfield experience preferred
