Our Orthodontic office is looking for a full time (4 Days a Week) Patient Care Coordinator and Customer Service Coordinator. Job duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling of patients, greeting patients, updating insurance information, confirming appointments, troubleshooting scheduling and billing issues. Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and with the team, be able to respond positively to challenging situations, and have great listening skills. Must be upbeat, goal oriented and able to handle the stress of multiple demands with a great attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to): Speaking with patients and parents -Potential administrative duties -Tracking statistics -Managing a fast paced patient schedule.
