Duties to include:
- Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks when needed
- Assist other maintenance staff in the completion of resident service requests
- Spot grounds work and clean up on Multi-family & Commercial Properties
- Plowing and shoveling snow in winter time as needed

- Able to perform strenuous physical work on a daily basis
- Able to operate various power tools, saws, trimmers, and hand tools
- Able to drive pick-up trucks and service vans while pulling a service trailer
-Ability to communicate & interact with staff members at all organizational levels
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications, Education, and Certifications:
-High School Diploma or GED required
-General computer proficiency and ability to operate a smart phone/tablet
-2-3 years of previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred
-Clean driving record and no criminal background

Pay: $27 - $30 per hour
