ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer’s expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy Strictly adheres to all posted procedures Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, which are measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours. Must be at work on time. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments. Contributes to ongoing success of the entire warehouse team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required” along with willingness to help the department as a whole Actively cross-trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safety expectations and by following established housekeeping requirements. Notifies management of any observed safety hazards Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization Other measurements of demeanor/teamwork include, but are not limited to, effectiveness in working with co-workers, ability to work overtime, sense of urgency within the department, ability to work unsupervised, flexibility, and an overall quality focused demeanor toward work and Mouser Follows appropriate procedures for area Notifies management of any procedure violations Maintains a professional, neat and orderly work area, including product of preservation Maintains ESD Control for area, as applicable Attends team talks regularly Represents the company in a professional manner Provides customer service excellence Supports and participates in the company’s total quality process, including continuous improvements The following summarizes the key job accountabilities to be performed:

Reviews labels and puts items into corresponding locations

Scans barcodes and places items into specified locations

Ensures all items are put onto carts, or into boxes or totes

Moves orders by conveyor or cart to shipping areas

Checks area for loose parts, torn bags and conveyor jams

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred) Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math Able to read and understand instructions in English Strong quality and productivity orientation Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders) May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred) Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job Ability to work overtime and weekends

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse experience preferred

For the Stock Control Associate – Consolidation position, there are 2 levels.

Level 1 is considered entry level.

Level 2 may be achieved by maintaining an error rate less than 500 PPM and average of 85% of the goal for activity per hour.
