Locally owned, custom cabinet shop, in Oberlin is seeking a fulltime cabinet maker / Installer / Laborer to join our growing team. No experience is necessary. We will train the right individual. Wage starting at $15/hr. but based on knowledge and experience. We offer local M-F work that is very stable throughout the year. Benefits include medical, retirement with company match, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Immediate start for the right motivated individual.
Applicant must:
Have a pleasant demeanor and work well with others

Be able to problem solve and work efficiently
Have a desire to learn new things
Have the ability to work within a deadline
Be able to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/32”
Have a valid driver’s license
Have reliable transportation
Be able to lift 80 lbs. unassisted
Pass a drug test and background check
Have a steady and consistent job history
The ideal candidate would possess the following abilities:
Able to read a blueprint / shop drawing / or cabinet layout
Have previous knowledge of working with hand tools and power tools
Previous cabinet maker and/or Installer experience
