Position: Carpenter/Pergola & Pavilion Builder
Responsibilities:
Constructing high-quality pergolas and pavilions with precision and attention to detail
Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within deadlines
Leading a crew or building one from scratch, fostering teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
Extensive experience in carpentry and outdoor structure construction
Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment
Strong leadership skills for crew management (if applicable)
Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
Benefits:
