Customer Service Representative and Administrative Assistant
JMB Insurance is looking to hire someone who has excellent people skills, pays close attention to detail, conducts themselves in a professional yet courteous manner, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and has exceptional time management and organizational skills. CSR & Administrative Assistant job duties and responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, the following:
Assists with Quick Books, accounts payable, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Reviews and updates insurance policies with the appropriate state licensing boards
Guarantees that all insurance certificates are compliant with applicable contract requirements, statutes, and regulations
Processes insurance endorsements, changes, and updates as needed
Assisting clients with insurance-related audits and inspections
Processes insurance binders with extreme attention to detail
Assists agents with quoting policies
Assists with the overall flow and management of all office operations
Salary is negotiable DOE.
