Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to owners and visitors to ensure efficient operation of the auto body shop.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls

- Organize and schedule appointments

- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Develop and maintain a filing system

- Order office supplies

- Submit and reconcile expense reports

- Provide support to clients

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements:

- Must have reliable transportation

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience working in an office setting

Auto body shop experience is a plus
