Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 5.5 hours per day.
HR Assistant
1. Assists the department with HR projects
2. Fulfill employee PPE orders
3. Put together new hire goody bag and packets
4. Update Attendance Tracker
5. Assist with monthly reporting
6. Assist with Recruiting and onboarding efforts
7. Coach employees on following proper policies and procedures on time and attendance
Office Assistant
1. Responsible for collecting and distributing mail appropriately
2. Scan documents to different departments
3. Shipping of PPE and timesheets
4. Track and record PPE inventory
5. Assist in keeping the office in a clean and orderly manner
6. Support Fleet department with truck repair movements
7. Assist Equipment department as needed
8. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required; minimum 2 years’ administrative work experience. HR education and/or experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to sufficiently read, write and communicate verbally with other employees and customers in English to understand and to be easily understood.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency with of MS office, Word and Excel required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, research and collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make reliable judgment calls.

Local travel to various worksites is required. Must have valid state driver’s license and able to meet the requirements of work-related driving.
