About Us: We specialize in vegetation management equipment, catering to the arborist industry and are the largest dealer in the world for Bandit Industries’ market leading product line of woodchippers, stump grinders and whole-tree chippers. We have seven locations across the Western U.S. including locations in California, Oregon, and Washington. Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour depending on experience.

Benefits: Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, and 100% company paid Life and LTD. We have PTO that accrues weekly, seven paid holidays (eligible after 30 days from start), and 401(k) with company match.

Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our outside sales team, responsible for a range of activities including lead follow-up, and providing customer service. Your efforts will support contractors coupled with municipalities across the whole footprint of our companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow up on disseminating leads from various market channels, including website, Lead Forensics, Forestry/Machinery Trader, Factory Leads, Call/Walk Ins, and social media.

Update equipment sales and conduct database cleanup, ensuring completeness of opportunity information.

Analyze equipment owned vs. parts sales and maintain accurate mappings with Account Territory Managers (ATMs).

Conduct internal training with ATMs and keep in communication with them regularly.

Prepare and organize materials for sales blitzes, including residential address marking, phone number attachment, and map plotting.

Greet, direct customers, and manage solicitors, while also answering phones as needed.

Analysis and distribution of callrail data.

Research and organize tradeshows, handle registration, payment, and procurement of necessary materials.

Ordering business cards and brochures as needed and assist with upcoming training events.

Maintain accurate customer contact information.

Add and manage opportunities from the website, ensuring proper lead source tracking.

Support marketing with photos, information, and any other needs.

Assisting with review and distribution of Zoom info leads.

Regularly review and update databases, including quotes, bid opportunities, leads, mappings, and additions/changes.

Requirements:

2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to produce positive outcomes.

Experience in government or municipal sales is preferred.

Familiarity with environmental equipment and products is a plus.
