We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented team member who will administer payroll , payroll reports and its Federal & state taxes. We are a locally owned business who provide services to startup and established companies who need guidance or assistance with Payroll, Forms/Reports , Taxes, Licenses and other administrative duties. One of our focuses is helping the Spanish speaking community who often isn’t well informed or versed in the business management/administrative area. As a result we are seeking a bilingual member to assist us with our mission of helping the Spanish speaking community.
Duties & Responsibilities are but limited to:
Checking timesheets for accuracy
Data Entry ( databases and spreadsheets )
Handling direct deposit request
Processing paper checks for distribution
Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
Processing wage garnishments
Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission
Maintaining payroll records which include :
Collecting, calculating and entering data
Updating payroll records for any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, and other payroll addition or deduction.
Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes (Federal, State, social security, income social security tax, Medicare and others)
Program payroll liability payments with Federal & State agencies.
Process Quarterly Reports
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Answering employee payroll queries
Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees
Payroll Clerk experience requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
QuickBook Experience
Microsoft Office Experience
Great verbal and written communication
Attention to detail
Proficient in Data Entry
Strong organization smiles with the ability to prioritize task

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
