As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to support our operations and contribute to our success.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess strong comprehension skills, and have excellent articulation when answering phones. This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of prioritizing tasks, setting and achieving goals, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and clarity.Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks.Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the office and staff.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.Proven experience in administrative support roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.Prior experience in the flooring industry or construction sector is preferred but not required.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.How to Apply:If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and meets the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
