We have an immediate opening for an ambitious person to lead the kitchen in a growing local restaurant. Specializing in upscale cuisine in a casual atmosphere, we have experienced strong growth over the past 3 years. The successful candidate will bring innovative new dishes to our menu while streamlining workflow to enhance efficiency. We offer a competitive wage structure with bonus potential and profit sharing. Open 5 days a week and serving dinner only, allows for a good work-life balance. Experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a desire to learn can substitute for a culinary education or leadership experience. If you want to step out of the restraints of a corporate restaurant and show your creativity, we want to talk to you. If you are not ready to take on this position, but are interested in joining our team, we have room for a good line cook as well.
