As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Innovation, Data Excellence and Analytics - IDEA team and be at the forefront of driving innovation through data and process optimization.We are looking for Senior Data Analyst with Financial Services background. This is a hybrid position located in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computer science, as well as experience working in the financial services industry. Data Lifecycle Management: This covers collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to extract insights and inform decisions. (combines Data Collection/Analysis, Data Cleaning, Reporting/Visualization)

Strategic Analysis & Support: This includes identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data to drive business strategy and innovation. (combines Strategic Decision Support, Research)

Data Governance & Improvement: This focuses on ensuring data quality, reliability, and efficiency through control processes and staying updated with industry advancements. (combines Data Management, Innovation & Improvement)

Collaboration & Communication: This involves working with all levels of the organization to understand data needs, deliver insights, and foster data-driven decision making. (combines Cross-functional Collaboration, Work with Stakeholders, Mentor & Guide, Communicate Findings)

Technical Expertise & Best Practices: This emphasizes developing and maintaining data solutions, ensuring their quality, and contributing to best practices in data science. (combines Work with Stakeholders, Ensure Data Quality, Develop Best Practices)

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Data Scientist.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the following:

Programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.

Snowflake or Azure Synapse or AWS Redshift cloud data warehouse.

Financial data visualization tools such as Knime, Tableau or Power BI.

Statistical analysis, data and process mining, and machine learning techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
