LaFrance Corp is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our Account Services Team. Candidates must be highly motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

The Customer Service Role
The Customer Services Representative works with the Account Teams and the Customer to provide on-time manufacture and delivery of branding products.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Communicates effectively with customers regarding status and details of orders
Creates, edits, and acknowledges sales orders both manually and via electronic portals; Identify special requirements and communicate them to the Production planning team
Creates, edits, and maintains customer and part specific master data including Customer billing and ship-to information, customer part number cross references, customer pricing
Capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels
Communicate and coordinate with internal team members to support excellent performance for our customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
Detail-oriented individual
Must quickly learn and be comfortable navigating customer web portals
Must be very professional and well-spoken over the phone
