ResponsibilitiesNoblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. Noblis MSD is seeking to hire a Team Lead Logistics Software Development to support U.S. Navy afloat and ashore programs. You will provide system engineering and technical assistance support in the Philadelphia Navy Yard.The Software Development Team Lead will support the Logistics Department. The candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the Logistics Software Development Team
Lead customer technical meetings
Design the system architecture for CSOSS Procedure Management and Publishing system (CSOSS MIS)
Develop Oracle database procedures and queries
Debug the NAVLOGTD environment and consolidate the database
Attend all internal management meetings to update status and financial budgets
This can be a remote position with occasional trips to Philadelphia, PA.Required QualificationsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
5 years of experience leading or managing projects
3 years of experience in logistics databases
Experience managing staff or leading a team
Strong knowledge of Utilize C#, javascript, aspx, sql, and xml
Interface with the NAVLOGTD system
Secret Security Clearance
