Seeking manager/operating partner for the reopening of the beloved Lil Pop Shop on 44th St in University City, Philadelphia. We are seeking to open Lil Pop Shop asap and will shortly be adding a Schmear (formerly Schmear It) Bagel/Coffee shop to this location. We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of the store and treat this business as if it were your own. Competitive compensation available as well as profit sharing based on performance. Lil Pop Shop will initially open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday-Sunday and then will transition to 7 days a week, 6:30 or 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. We're looking for a positive, friendly, motivated individual who will be willing to open the Pop Shop and also be trained on running a Schmear location at the same time in anticipation of the addition of that concept.
