Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Excel, Word)
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail
