NAMS is currently seeking a Part-Time, Call Center Customer Service Representative (20 hours per week) for its para-transit transportation program call center. This position handles inbound and outbound calls while ensuring timely booking of trips for our valued customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Get to work from HOME every other week!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls)
Scheduling appointments for our customers
Addressing customer inquiries
Registering customers
Benefits:
$18.00 per hour

Requirements:
Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 11:00 AM
Comprehensive 4-6 week training done at the office before starting the hybrid 50/50 position.
Call center experience preferred
Customer service experience required
Must have the ability to have a workspace at home that meets remote work policies
Must have reliable internet at home
Must be willing to work at the office if unable to connect at home for >30 minutes
Punctual and reliable
Computer skills required
Great communication skills
