We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service II to join the team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and can be located out of our Houston, TX - OR - Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for administering a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance client accounts to include the following duties: monitors client inquiries, coordinates debt service bond payments, monitors portfolio\'s compliance matters, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
Works with external clients and legal counsel to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon. Supports clients in addressing operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze information.
Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities; while Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination
2-4 years of work experience in Financial Services
Experience in client services and/or and operational area is desired

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
Provides analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
Advises organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, or resolution of issue.
Provides oversight and direction to lower-level service roles in the successful delivery of support or service.
Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.
Assesses needs and suggests/promotes alternative approaches to service models.
Participates in straightforward product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.
Solves problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to internal or external client response.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
3-5 years of total work experience is preferred
Experience in settlement processing is preferred

Oversight and reconciliation of accounts.
Escalates more complex situations to senior colleagues.
Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
Performs complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
May be responsible for allocating and checking the work of team members.
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2-3 years of total work experience strongly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
Attention to detail, multi-tasking, sense of urgency and using initiative.
Client Service/Operations experience within financial services is strongly preferred.
Corporate Trust background preferred.
Finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, reconciliation background experience preferred.
CLO/CDO/SOLVAS background preferred.

To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in trading, brokerage, fraud or law preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
