Hostess:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Ensure a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant.
Excellent communication and organization skills required.
Managers:
Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service and quality.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Manage inventory, budgets, and scheduling.
Previous restaurant management experience preferred.
Cooks:
Prepare and cook delicious dishes from our diverse menu with precision and creativity.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
Experience in a high-volume kitchen is an asset.
Bartenders:
Craft and serve a variety of creative cocktails, beers, and beverages.
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar.
Knowledge of beer styles, cocktails, and mixology techniques preferred.
Must be of at least 18 .
Servers:
Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Anticipate guests needs and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting is desirable but not required
Food Runners:
Expedite food orders from the kitchen to the dining area quickly and accurately.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
