The Yard Of Ale is seeking a motivated and energetic person to join our management team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for everything craft: beer, food, cocktails, wine. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and an affinity for hospitality.
The position combines bartending and floor supervisor shifts.
Experience in both is required.
Qualifications
Experience in a high volume hospitality environment.
Stamina: the job requires standing for long periods of time.
Able to work gracefully under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both with guests and co-workers.
Impeccable attention to detail, especially with regard to cleanliness.
Available to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
Teamwork: work with servers, expos, bartenders and cooks to make a great dining experience.
Being a team player is essential.
