DescriptionThe Client Relations Manager will be the critical client-facing role for the Partner Lending business serving high and ultra-high net worth clients and prospects. Partner lending will offer lending facilities to individual consumer borrowers as they seek to invest in Private Equity/Venture Capital funds or borrow to meet a capital contribution requirement of a professional partnership. As an CRM, the individual will be responsible for explaining the custom lending program to each client pursuant to the terms of the agreement with their firm. In addition, this will be the first introduction of the client to Citizens Private Bank where the associate will need to explain the full value proposition. The Sales Associate will manage the conversations with Partner Lending borrowers and serve as their primary contact during the origination experience. This role with assist these borrowers through the application process and be present to answer any questions. CRMs will critically be responsible for driving full Citizens relationships at origination in partnership with the Private Bank RM team of the borrower. Primary responsibilities include

Assist with fielding prospects, including taking introductory meetings, providing rates, explaining product features of partner loans

Firm understanding of clientele and product specialty.

At origination and continuously reviews client base for deposit opportunities and further relationship deepening opportunities.

Respond to client inquiries and servicing requests in a timely manner (response within 30 minutes, solution within 1-2 business days, varying on complexity).

Assists their respective relationship manager with coordinating client meetings, events, and gifts.

Field deposit related operation requests, including wires and transfers, assistance with online banking support, obtaining statements and tax documents, research requests, and more.

Assist with preparing approval letters, commitment letters, term sheets, loan documents and/or letters of intent.

Support the Partner Lending RM and Portfolio Manager with individual client questions or potential issues both at origination and during the lifecycle of the loan.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Experience in client facing partner lending sales role or similar experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
