Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager of Finance Applications Finance Analytics will lead a team of four business analysts focused on strategic, exploratory analytics, and proof of concepts. The primary objective will be to identify new, data-driven insights to better understand business dynamics and explore options to accelerate growth. You develop thought leadership, expertise, cross-functional relationships, and an analytical framework to drive impactful decision-making across the organization. You champion a dynamic feedback loop with Product Development, Finance, and other analytical teams, bridging the gap between data analysis and actionable insights by asking critical question.Overall, this role is an exciting chance to manage a team of analysts in using data to drive business growth and innovation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies!Career Level - M3ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Guidance: Provide effective mentorship to the team, encouraging a culture of high-standard analysis and goal achievement.Project Oversight: Lead all aspects of and handle projects or tasks assigned to the team, ensuring timely and successful completion. Coordinate with project teams for seamless execution.Analytical Strategy: Drive analytics initiatives to actionable outcomes in collaboration with product development and other collaborators.Strategic Proposals: Propose projects to the Global Head, demonstrating a proactive approach, and assist in project management when required.Forum Management: Be responsible for the Global and Regional Apps Advisory Forum, facilitating effective communication and teamwork among the GBF Applications teams.Ad hoc Support : Provide agile, ad-hoc analysis to support business & finance leadership needs.Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science), with10+ years of experience in analytics, project management, or related fields

Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and guide team members. Proven people leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent presentation skills

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including the ability to extract insights from a large set of data to answer business-related questions

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Data Visualization tools (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
