Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscape maintenance, tree care, lawn care, and groundskeeping.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Perform various landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Plant and maintain gardens, flower beds, and shrubs
- Install and repair irrigation systems
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of landscape techniques, plant care, and horticulture practices
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
