UpKeep Maintenance LLC is a facilities maintenance company operating in the states of TN, GA, FL, AL, MA, VA, and NC/SC. We primarily work with retail facilities but have some commercial offices and medical facilities as well. We are looking for a skilled commercial maintenance technician who can do plumbing, electrical, some mechanical and general carpentry in the sites we support. This person has a well rounded skillset and can jump from replacing a toilet to fixing a door closer easily. Requires a clean criminal and driving record, at least 3 years of verifiable experience, good customer service skills and the ability to use a tablet to process work orders. On call is required and a bonus is paid for afterhours and emergency calls that come in.
