Construction Administrative Assistant

Looking for an outgoing, highly organized construction office assistant to work with office manager and owner at outdoor kitchen business. Ideal candidate will have experience in filing, corresponding with customers and vendors via email and phone, maintaining employee files, customer files and tracking/ managing flow of jobs, generate estimates and invoices as needed. Quickbooks two plus years, reporting experience , P &L, monthly sales tax, developing internal process and filing systems, Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Multi tasking skills a big plus. Greet walk in customers with opportunity to earn commission. Hours are 9-3 M-F. Paid holidays and vacation.
