Administrative Team Member$17 +/hour DOEMonday – Friday, 8am to 5 pm (Overtime as needed)Is meaningful work important to you? As an Administrative Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, answering and directing phone calls, and assisting different areas of service including inventory, sales, and scheduling. Manage and update clients in CRM database
Follow up with customers to create and maintain strong business relationships
Prepare sales quote paperwork
Answer and direct phone calls and messages
Assist installation team with scheduling
Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and shipping
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be a team player
Must be personable and professional
Excellent organization and communication skills
Able to maintain confidentiality in appropriate circumstances
Open to the possibility of expanded duties as business knowledge increases and interests become focused
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting at $17.00/hr or more based on experience
Paid every Friday
Direct Deposit & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements)
