Job Title: Production / Quality Control Technician Location: West Knoxville, TN Position Type: Full-Time Shifts Available: - First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Second Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Both shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and attentive Production / Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed. Responsibilities: - Assist in pulling parts necessary for building alternators. - Conduct quality control checks to ensure units meet specific requirements. - Assist in auditing orders and ensuring accurate shipments. - Work closely with team members across production, quality control, and shipping departments. - Willingness to be cross-trained in different positions, including basic QuickBooks operations. Requirements: - Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. - Comfortable working in noisy environments. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to various tasks as needed.
