We're looking for a full-timeCustomer Service Representativeto join ourBledsoe Countyteam! This position is full-time and reports to the Pikeville, TN office.What you'll do:
Assists members in the SVEC Pikeville office, including taking payments, answering calls, take service requests, calculate bills, handle collections, inform members on cooperative programs.
May be asked to travel to work at other SVEC offices when needed.
Who we're looking for:
Must have good communications skills and be comfortable interacting with co-op members and staff on a daily basis;
Must have at least three years customer service experience;
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office software;
Must have accounting and cash handling experience;
Must live in the Bledsoe County service area or be willing to relocate to the Bledsoe service area;
Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or business training preferred.
