Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications, job position, and experience.

Position Overview:
Must maintain knowledge of most of the company's products.
Answer customer phone calls and assist customers in a courteous manner.
Assist all walk-in customers.
Create sales orders and invoices in a timely manner.
Resolve Customer complaints in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:
MUST have a flexible schedule and MUST be able to work on Saturdays.
MUST be customer oriented and have a friendly disposition
Must have Customer Service experience.
Experience using Sage100/Mas90 preferred but not required.
Data Entry experience required.
Must be responsible and detail-oriented.
Must be able to work fast and accurately and have the ability to multitask.
Must be able to prioritize workload and problem-solve.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to type at an average/fast speed (35 to 40+ wpm)
Requirements:
Guam Drivers License
Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
