Position: Bilingual Personal Assistant to Content Creator
Location: Austin near Dripping Springs
Job Type: Part-time (14-20 hours)
Languages: English and Spanish fluency required
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Bilingual Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for content creation and media production.
Responsibilities:
General Assistant Tasks: Provide comprehensive administrative support such as managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and travel coordination.
Running Errands: Run various errands including picking up supplies, groceries, and materials as needed for content creation projects and other miscellaneous tasks.
Food Preparation: Assist in meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing meals for the content shoots.
Filming Content: Assist with setting up and operating filming equipment (iPhone or digital camera), managing lighting and sound, and ensuring the smooth execution of content creation sessions.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing projects related to content creation, including liaising with external vendors, scheduling shoots, and ensuring timely delivery of content.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
Prior experience not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for running errands.
