Project Coordinator Responsibilities -
This will include, but is not limited to assisting in:
Coordination & direction of roofing crews
Knowledge and practice of OSHA regulations
Ensuring construction crew efficiency and quality of work
Managing multiple projects with different levels of complexity and completion
Ordering materials
Schedule delivery of materials and related needs of the project
Schedule site supervisors
Follow up on job's progress.
Forecasting potential jobs for the week and weeks following - weather forecast, material, and crew workflow
Skills / Traits
Roofing/Construction experience preferred, but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred, but not required.
Associates is preferred, but not required.
