In search of mature men for Team Leader position in the Property Preservation Industry. MUST BE ABLE TO USE ALL LAWN EQUIPMENT (zero turn, weed eater, brush mower, hedge clippers, etc.) and power tools. Must be able to use smartphone and send/receive emails. Must have some carpentry skills. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. minimum. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND WORKING CELL PHONE. Must be drug/alcohol free, as well as have a clear driving and criminal history. Work schedule is Monday-Friday starting at 630AM-330PM (hours can vary daily). Sometimes, weekend work is required.
