There is opportunity for overtime hours!Job Title: Maintenance Technician II & IIIPay Rate : $34.25 / HourLocation : Dallas, TXShift : 4- 10 hour shifts (have to be open for day or night)Job DescriptionAs a MT II & III, you will use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment, conveyor and hydraulic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Working on conveyor belts in one of the largest and rapidly growing E-commerce Facilities in the nation with access to benefits and weekly pay.Daily Responsibilities Primary role is to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of material handling equipment used within a warehouse or distribution center Audit compliance to ensure that maintenance processes and activities meet specified standards, regulations, and best practices Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex: conveyors) Ability to install and maintain photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs Complete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed. Repairing and making improvements to building and infrastructure Metal and wood fabrications, including welding Maintaining and repairing distribution center racking Assists Service Technicians repairing and maintaining building pneumatic system Completing preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries Electrical, knowledge of basics components Troubleshooting. Ability to ID problems and understand resources, needed to resolve them Tracking and storing the departments inventory, including spare parts Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization. Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.Skills:mechanical repair, conveyer, maintenance, mechanic, repair, distribution, logistics, electricalValues:

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
Strong understanding of solar technologies, including photovoltaic systems and energy storage
Strong Technical knowledge of Troubleshooting, wiring, pneumatics, schematics, reading blue prints, etc.
At least 2+ years of experience in Material Handling equipment and FMCG equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
