Here we GROW again! The Broken Yolk Cafe is opening its first location in Dallas Texas located in the brand new District 121 in McKinney. We are looking for full and part time Bussers and Runners. The position will pay $7.25/hr plus tips. The average hourly tips earned are $18.25 or more per hour meaning a total hourly potential of up to $25.50/hr.
We close at 2pm Monday through Friday and 3pm on Saturday and Sunday meaning no evenings or nights so you get more time with your family. We offer competitive wages and flexible schedules along with some other benefits.
The timeline for hiring will be doing interviews May 20th to May 30th with Training beginning around June 10th and the Grand Opening on June 17th.

FOOD RUNNER
The food runner’s role is to assist the servers in delivering food and beverages to Broken Yolk guests.
Because the food runners will interact directly with guests, it is important that they be friendly, upbeat
and able to communicate effectively.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Deliver food to guests
Refill beverages
Assist servers as requested
Restock server station
Clean and organize server station shelves
In addition to these responsibilities, the food runner must have the ability and willingness to:
Follow the Broken Yolk system and standards
Learn and describe each item on the Broken Yolk menu
Follow verbal and written instructions
Communicate effectively with co-workers
Report to work on time each day
Maintain a positive attitude
Set a good example for co-workers
Work in a small or tight area
Work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
Stand for long periods of time
Bend, stoop or reach several times daily
Go up and downstairs
Carry multiple plates simultaneously
Interact comfortably and communicate effectively with guests
BUSSER
The busser’s role is to maintain the general cleanliness of the front-of-the-house by removing used
plates and debris from the guest tables and server station.
Additionally, the busser interacts with guests while refilling beverages, delivering napkins or answering
other guest requests.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Remove dishes and debris from guest tables
Sort dishes, paper and silverware into separate buss tubs
Deliver buss tubs to dish station
Deliver and refill guest beverages
Dump all front-of-the-house trash cans
Maintain clean and well-stocked restrooms
In addition to these responsibilities, the busser must haves the ability and willingness to:
Follow the Broken Yolk system and standards
Follow verbal and written instructions
Communicate effectively with co-workers
Report to work on time each day
Maintain a positive attitude

Work in a small or tight area
