The job primarily entails sanding aluminum parts in preparation for polishing. Once the robotic system has completed polishing, some hand touch up and blending is required. Experience in one or both (sanding or polishing) is desired. Shop and hand/power tool experience is required.
Equipment repair/maintenance is a secondary role. Growth into industrial robotics and automation is possible for the right candidate.
