Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Level 1 PC Technician who excels in troubleshooting and has basic Microsoft Azure knowledge. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for technical support, providing solutions for a wide array of IT issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, aiming for quick resolution and minimal user disruption.
Utilize basic Microsoft Azure knowledge to assist with cloud services and resource queries.
Perform routine system administration tasks, including account setup and basic policy management.
Implement data backup strategies to protect against data loss.
Assist with the management of virtual environments under supervision.
Follow security protocols and assist with configuring firewalls and antivirus software.
Qualifications:
Proven experience or strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure and experience with cloud services.
Familiarity with Apple OS and the ability to support Apple devices.
Good problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to resolving issues.
Eagerness to learn and grow technical skills, including virtualization and system administration.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) or willingness to obtain them is a plus.
