People who enjoy analyzing data or trends for planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, reporting, or sales opportunities.What you will do -As the Mobile Inventory Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of all Stryker Communications Service Parts transactions.

Maintain alignment with SAP & SVMX, correcting variances as needed.

Partner with the regional Field Service teams to develop stocking strategies for van inventory.

Accountability Partner with the Field Service team, providing parts knowledge & parts ordering coaching where needed.

Partner with the Field Service Technicians and Management team to execute Cycle Counts.

Storage Location management. As Field Service technicians leave the position or new people come into the position, you will need to manage their storage locations as needed.

Create Stock Transfer Orders when product is due to return to warehouse from field.

Cancel open orders upon request.

Provide product information, may include providing technical assistance.

Provides information on the status of equipment returns, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.

Research problems or questions for customers, Sales Force, Service Technicians, or Operation personnel. This may involve going through customer files, reviewing existing orders, and consulting with other employees and/or customers.

What you need -

High School Diploma Required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to strategically think thru challenges and find solutions

Must be able to use sophisticated test and office computer equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, telephone, Broadcast test and measurement equipment etc.)

2+ years experience in customer service and technical support environment or equivalent

Ability to communicate well with customers, sales force, project managers, supervisor, and co-workers in both written and verbal communication

Basic PC skills

Familiarity with Stryker products preferred
