Description Robert Half is working with a client in need of a Network Engineer in Fort Worth!POSITION: NETWORK ENGINEER (100% ONSITE)LOCATION: FORT WORTHDURATION: CONTRACT TO CONVERSIONRATE: $43-$52/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Industry certification such as CCNA or Network+ or similar work experience.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting VLAN, Cisco IOS networking and routing, Ether Channel
4+ years working with Cisco Network equipment (routers, switches, etc.).
Firewalls including SonicWall, Cisco ASA, Firepower and Palo Alto.
Strong network analytical and troubleshooting skills with the capability to handle and own critical issues through to resolution.
Excellent writing, communication, and customer service skills.
Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of conducting business.
Experience working in a network and IT system environment, including protocols (TCP/IP), equipment and services. (DNS)
Prior experience monitoring server performance, managing block-level backup and associated backup/recovery methods.
