Growing CPA is seeking to add to his current staff a full time employee.
Candidates must be detail oriented, computer literate and highly organized.
Duties include but not limited to:
Bookkeeping, payroll and other tax related activities (sales tax, forms filing, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 4 years of strong bookkeeping experience.
4 years experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks online use including payroll.
Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
Good attitude and professional appearance.
Spanish is a plus!
Duties include but are not limited to:
Monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients (bank reconciliations, month end closing, closing entries, etc.)
Processing some payroll for clients
Tax related work (filling out tax returns, E-filing tax returns, sales tax processing, etc.)
Online research
Other clients support activities
